    Have been trying to buy toilet paper for 2 wks, never any on shelf. Went down for dedicated pensioner morning at 7.00am - no toilet paper. Heard man say to person checking pension cards 'there is no toilet paper'; reply, 'we didn't open just for toilet paper'. Now most pensioners who live here only shop in Gloucester, so what are we to do????? Great customer service!

    Wonderful Staff are working so hard to help us all. I’m finding all the staples I need are in Store. All the Staff at the Express Lane have been friendly as always. You won’t get any negatives from Me. Congratulations to the lovely Staff, Joshua, Haley, Jacob, Peta to name a few. Give them a Friendly

    Ok. Used to go there frequently while travelling but service is still rigid and rule-based. These days I have preference to other Woolworths stores especially because the range is limited sometimes they don’t have what I want. Some staff gave missable friendly service so I’ll go there occasionally and hope for the best.
